Just your typical site-internal-organs-laid-bare page. A section for the nitty gritty details of viewing, a section for crediting what resources I used to create the graphics that make-up this website, and a section disclaiming any malicious intent by using various properties. :)
For the technically-minded, or just the insatiably curious, a few details.
As mentioned briefly on the index page, this website was designed in Mozilla Firefox 2, on a computer with a screen resolution of 1024x768, and at maximum screen brightness and contrast settings. The coding is HTML 4.01 Transitional and CSS Valid.
While the site is perfectly functional in Internet Explorer 6 and Opera 9 (and is also viewed just fine with a screen resolution of 800x600 and 1280x800), there are small cross-browser issues regarding such things as padding and margins and ridiculous things like that that these stupid browser creators should try agreeing on instead of ticking off webmasters by making something look gr8 in one browser and suks in another. Stupid buttheads. Anyway, what was I saying? Right. It was designed in Firefox, therefore looks best in that browser and I'd be happier if everyone viewed it in that browser, but what can you do?
One thing I should mention is that I don't have access to any of those other more obscure browsers, so if you use one and notice horrible, glaring compatibility issues, I beg you contact me and let me know. It would be much appreciated (as I'm kind of neurotic and the lack of smooth cross-browser compatibility already makes me twitch in my sleep). Thank you!
Credit time! I use brushes and textures and fonts, etc. that other people offer for public use because I'm just not very creative when it comes to this stuff. :(
The background pattern is by Christel and was found at Kaliber10000. The scribbly text brush at the bottom of the page is by Gender. The diamond-shaped ornament used for page headings is by _Blisse. The flower chain used behind subheadings is by Arisubox.
The font used in the header image for "PR0N & CHOCOLATE" is Print Clearly (the Dashed variant). The font used beneath that for "knoifey-spoony.com" is Boring Boring.
First the Disclaimer:
On the layouts of this website, I've used and will likely in the future use photographs of celebrities. I do not hold the copyright or own any other type of -right to these images. At the same time, I do not use them in any form to make a profit, and I do not use them out of a malicious intent to infringe upon the copyrights held for the images.
If you own the copyright to any pictures I use on my website, and regardless of the above fact, do not wish me to use your property, please contact me (with proof evident that you are the legal owner of said property) and let me know.
Likewise, while I can't think of any other cases where I may be using something that belongs to someone else without their permission, if you believe I've done so and are cranky with me about it, contact me and let me know. :)
Now, with that said, onto the Warning:
Knoifey-Spoony.Com, "pr0n & chocolate", and all design and content of said website, past and present, is Copyright © 2004-2007 Apprentice (Knoifey-Spoony.Com).
I have put a whole heck of a lot of work into this website. The layout, the HTML, all other coding, the content, and anything else you see here aside from those disclaimed above, is All Mine. That's right, Mine. Capital Em.
If I ever discover my work (graphical or otherwise) on a website other than this one, I will go absolutely apeshit on your behind. Is that clear?
You do not ever have my permission to plagiarise my things. I'm happy to let it pass if someone wants to quote me on something I've said, as long as there is clear and obvious credit back to me for saying it. And also that you get my express permission for it. That means contacting me before using my words elsewhere.
By viewing this website, you agree to these terms (which are subject to change without warning), and if I find them disregarded, we'll have a probem. Or you might just end up with a problem with your web host. I'm not picky, as long as you learn a serious lesson.
Tah much. :)
